Firstly, well done you!

Applicants may maintain the Accreditation for a three year period, after which time, the process must be repeated in order to retain the Accreditation of...

Applicants will have the chance to implement the recommendations for change within the report and re-apply in 6, 9 or 12 months
This stage will be judged by the ABW team based on progress made rather than having to repeat the entire survey process
This is a cost effective way of having another shot at achieving the ABW accreditation

A Better Workplace was born out of the passion of a Dad and Daughter team to empower organisations to become more successful through ensuring their people are happy, engaged, motivated and fulfilled.

This unique approach to culture brings together decades of consulting experience to both large and small organisations and is enriched by their combined professional and life experiences. Importantly, the process has had input from leading industry experts, C-suite and HR professionals.
